Service Setup Process
SMS Module
- Go to SMS Settings and fill in the required details:
- Your EgoSMS account details (username and password)
- The recipient number field, chosen from the wildcards on the right Click Save.
2. Go to SMS Templates to configure custom messages that will be sent automatically at different events such as:
- Clock-In
- Clock-Out
- Break-In
- Undefined
HR Module
- Go to the HR Settings page.
- Fill in the required fields:
- HR URL – The HR system URL provided by Pahappa
- HR Username – Authorized HR system username
- HR Password – Authorized HR system password
- HR User ID Custom Field – The field name in HIKCENTRAL where Staff IDs are stored
