Create your Account
To create an account on the communications platform, follow the steps below:
- Open the URL: Enter https://comms.egosms.co/ in your browser.
- Navigate to the Account Creation: Once the page loads, click on the “Create Account” button.
- Fill in the Account Creation Form:
A user will need to provide the following details:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Gender
- Country – This will determine the cost of SMS for the account
- Password
After filling in all the required fields, click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service.
- Submit the Form: Once you’ve filled in the form and agreed to the Terms of Service, click the “Submit” button to create your account.
After submitting the account creation form, follow these steps to complete the verification process and log in:
- Check Your Email:
- An email will be sent to the address you provided during registration.
- Open the email and look for a verification message.
- Verify Your Account:
- Inside the email, you will find a verification link. Copy / Click on the link to verify your account.
- The link will direct you to a page where you need to enter a verification code.
This code is included in the link or the email.
Verify your Account
- Complete Verification:
- Enter the provided code in the designated field on the verification page.
- Complete Verification:
- Log In:
- Once your account has been successfully verified, you can log in.
- Use the email address and the password you created during registration to access your account.
Upon successful login, you will be directed to a page displaying all your user accounts, including your Personal Account and any associated Channels.
Identify the account you wish to access (either your Personal Account or one of the Channels) and click on the “Continue” button next to the account of interest.
You will then be directed inside the selected account.
