Prerequisites

Requirements for Pahappa Middleware Service Integration

SMS Module in Egosms

To initiate the Pahappa Middleware Service integration – SMS Module, the following prerequisites must be in place on the client’s end. These are required before the Bulk SMS provider, EgoSMS, can proceed with the integration: 

  1. Valid License: Active base license(s) for the Access Control Module in HikCentral Professional Software.
  2. Artemis Portal Access: Required for API user management, including retrieval of User Key and User Secret details needed in the local service settings. Artemis Portal can only be accessed after installation of HikCentral OpenAPI software and activating it in HIKCentral Professional.
  3. Access Control Devices: Functional devices must be installed and configured.
  4. Dedicated Computer or Server: A computer or server must be available to host the HikCentral Professional software and the SMS service software.
  5. Internet Connection: Internet service must be available on site for communication with external SMS gateway.
  6. Bulk SMS Plan: An active SMS plan through EgoSMS. Clients are encouraged to sign up at egosms.co 
  7. Clientside Technical Support Person: A team member on the client’s side to coordinate the integration process and understand how the SMS service works. This person will serve as the first point of contact in case of any issues. If necessary, they may then escalate the issue to the EgoSMS team.

PahappaHR Module

To initiate the Pahappa Middleware Service integration-HR Module, the following prerequisites must be in place on the client’s end. These are required before the HR System service provider, Pahappa Limited, can proceed with the integration: 

  1. Valid License: Active base license(s) for the Access Control Module in HikCentral Professional Software. 
  2. Artemis Portal Access:Required for API user management, including retrieval of User Key and User Secret details needed in the local service settings. Artemis Portal can only be accessed after installation of HikCentral OpenAPI software and activating it in HIKCentral Professional.
  3. Access Control Devices: Functional devices must be installed and configured.
  4. Dedicated Computer or Server: A computer or server must be available to host the HikCentral Professional software and the SMS service software.
  5. Internet Connection: Internet service must be available on site for communication with external SMS gateway.
  6. PahappaHR Subscription Plan.
  7. Client-side Technical Support Person: A team member on the client’s side to coordinate the integration process and understand how the middleware service works.This person will serve as the first point of contact in case of any issues. If necessary, they may then escalate the issue to the Pahappa team.
