Assessment Form
This feature allows creation of assessment forms in the system. An assessment form is a form of questions that are included on the application form for shortlisting of applicants. To add an assessment form, click on “Add New”, a dialog is displayed, fill in the “name”, “description” which is an option and save.
To add questions to the assessment form, click on the “edit” button. A dialog is displayed, fill in the “label” which is the question, the “position” of the question, select the “data type” which specifies the type of the answer to be expected, and specify if it is a required question and save.
Form Options
This feature allows creation of assessment form options in the system. The options are for the select questions. To add a form option, click on “Add New”, a dialog is displayed, fill in the “name”, “description” which is an option and save.
To add the option values, click on the “edit” action button, a dialog is displayed, fill in the option “value” and save.
Advert Workflows
This feature allows creation of advert workflows in the system. An advert workflow specifies the stages that will be followed when hiring applicants for an advertised job vacancy. To add an advert workflow, click on “Add New”, a dialog is displayed, fill in the “name”, “description” which is an option and save.
To add the workflow stages, click on the “view” button for the applicaton workflow. A dialog box is displayed. Fill in the stage “name”, the stage “position” select the application stage it’s attached to, choose whether at this specific stage the applicant will receive an email and if the interviewer will be able to rate the applicant and save.
There are default stages (Submitted, Hired, Reject).
