HR Admin Setup

Login

On your computer, launch a browser such as Google Chrome, Opera Mini, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

Open your browser and enter the following URL to access the Monitoring and Evaluation online database: https://inpact.pahappahr.com/

  • Enter the correct Username and Password.
  • Click “Login” to access the system.

Upon logging in, users are redirected to the landing page below, which comprises of the dashboard. Here, users can view the dashboard depending on the user’s role.

Admin Setup

General

This feature allows administrator to setup the HR system as per the client’s specifics.

System settings

A page is displayed where a user is required to input the system name, records per page, select the system base currency, records per page, working day and allowing leave carry

Enter all the details and click save.

Email Templates

This feature allows the user to add email templates that will be used. The email templates are pre-saved in the system. The user only has to select and customize the message bodies for the emails.

Under general, click on email templates. To add a new template, click on “Add New Template”, select the template and then customize the message body as required and save.

Job Types

This feature allows the system administrator to add the different job types in the organization.

Under HR Admin Setup, click on general, then click on job Types. To add a job type, click “Add New”, a dialog is displayed.

Then fill in the “name” and “description” which is an option and click save.
